How It Works

Here is an overview of how the memory bear process works. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Step 1

Contact me!

You can do this in various ways such as filling in the contact form on this website, directly emailing me at wisebears27@gmail.com or getting in touch through my Instagram!

In your message, you can tell me a bit about who you would like your bear created for and anything else you think is relevant.

I will get back to you as soon as I can and we can go from there!

Step 2

I will arrange for us to meet up if possible to further discuss your requirements and so that I can get the clothing you'd like for me to work with.

I will ask you questions such as which size works best for you, what eye colour you would like, stuffing firmness preferences and where you would like different fabrics placed on your bear.

Alternatively you could post the clothing to me and we can arrange a phone call to discuss everything!

Step 3

I'll make your bear!

I aim to get your bear back to you within two weeks but this varies depending on how busy I am, how many bears you have ordered and if your bear has any additional peronalisations such as clothing.

If you need your bear by a specific date, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate it.

Step 4

Once I've completed your bear, I'll drop you an email and arrange to get it back to you!
