What an outstandingly creative human you are! You bring joy to people in what can be sad times. Turning my grandad's clothes into a memory bear for my mum was the best gift she could ever receive.
From the details of allowing us to choose eye colour and plumpness, nothing is left out.
Would definitely recommend this service to anyone, easy communication, fast service and fantastic memory bear to treasure!

The wonderful Willow has made me two bears. The most recent being a memorial bear for my Dad. When I presented her with a mismatch of materials and asked for her to create something truly special and heartfelt, she did not disappoint. I absolutely love him and cannot thank her enough

Willow made 3 bears from my son who sadly passed away, Taylor's, favourite tracksuit. The bears were for Taylor's siblings. Willow met a deadline for us and was brilliant at communicating with us about every detail. The end result was absolutely perfect

After my father sadly passed away in October, I was looking for someone to create a memory bear using his clothes. After reaching out to a couple of people and receiving no response, I came across Willow’s advert in a local shop and contacted her immediately. She replied almost straight away, which was incredibly reassuring.
We arranged a meeting where I brought along my father’s clothes, including a black leather jacket. Willow took the time to talk through every detail with me, including eye colour, size, and overall design, ensuring everything was exactly as I wanted. Throughout the entire process, she kept me fully updated, regularly sending messages, photos, and asking thoughtful questions to make sure the bear was perfect.
When I went to collect Barry Bear, I was completely overwhelmed. The result was truly amazing, and I couldn’t believe the care, skill, and attention to detail that had gone into creating him.
Willow was professional throughout, both in her work and her communication. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the final piece exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend Willow to anyone looking for a meaningful and beautifully made memory item. I wish her every success with her future projects — thank you, Willow.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Willow for creating something so deeply meaningful in honour of my beloved mother, who passed away suddenly. I entrusted her with some of my mum’s clothing, and what she returned to me was far more than a memory bear, it was comfort, connection, and love stitched into every detail.
The bear is absolutely beautiful and brought me so much comfort that I immediately asked Willow to make a second one for my son, who was unable to attend his grandmother’s funeral. Knowing he now has something so tangible and full of love to hold close means more than I can ever express.
Willow handled everything with such care, sensitivity, and compassion during a very difficult time. Her work is truly special, and I will forever treasure these bears as a lasting reminder of my mum’s presence and love. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
